3. Analytics Cookies - Not Currently Active

We do not currently use Google Analytics or similar visitor-tracking tools, and no cookie consent banner is currently implemented. This is acceptable while only strictly necessary cookies are used, since these do not require prior consent under GDPR - a brief notice (even just a link to this page in the footer) is sufficient.

IMPORTANT: as soon as any non-essential cookie is introduced (analytics, marketing, video embeds, etc.), a proper cookie consent banner with accept/reject options MUST be implemented beforehand - not after activation.

4. Recommendation for the Contact Form

It has not yet been confirmed whether the contact form includes a consent checkbox for the Privacy Policy. We recommend adding a short notice or checkbox such as: "By submitting this form, you agree to our Privacy Policy" (linked), to clearly document the legal basis (consent) for processing form data.
